What is the Aura ?
Everything in the Universe seems to be just a vibration. Every atom, every part of an atom, every electron, every elementary "particle", even our thoughts and consciousness are just vibrations. Hence, we may define the Aura as a electro-photonic vibration response of an object to some external excitation (such as an ambient light for example). This definition is sufficient for the purpose of reading Auras.

The most important property of the Aura seems to be the fact that it contains INFORMATION about the object.

Aura around living (conscious) objects (people, plants ...) changes with time, sometimes very quickly. Aura around non-living object (stones, crystals, water...) is essentially fixed, but can be changed by our conscious intent. These facts have been observed using Kirlian photography to study Auras for the last 50 years.

The Aura around humans is partly composed from EM (electromagnetic) radiation, spanning from microwave, infrared (IR) to UV light. The low frequency microwave and infrared part of the spectrum (body heat) seems to be related to the low levels of the functioning of our body (DNA structure, metabolism, circulation etc.) whereas high frequency (UV part) is more related to our conscious activity such as thinking, creativity, intentions, sense of humor and emotions.

By reading the Aura it seems possible to diagnose malfunctions in the body (diseases) long before physical symptoms become evident. By consciously controlling your aura you can actually heal yourself.

CHAKRA CLEARNING

It is vital to the energetic health of the individual that the upward flow of energy through the chakra system, and the flow of energy into and through each chakra, be maintained. If you have sensed that a chakra is blocked-that the energy stops its normal flow at that chakra-it is possible to restore the healthy upward energy flow.

   Unblocking of chakras is done during the normal round of hand positions-with the hands on the chakra in the same position, and at the same time, as regular hand placement. When you have detected a blocked chakra at a certain location, clear it in the following way:

 As you lay the hands on that chakra point during the normal course of treatment, visualize the appropriate symbol in the proper way during the full time you treat that chakra, and at the same time visualize, intend and sense that a blockage in the upward flow of energy is being removed-visualize the energy that is flowing upwards through the spine, at that chakra point, flowing through the chakra, the blockage in the chakra being removed as it does so. You may find it easier to visualize the symbol and the chakra clearing with your eyes closed, as you learn. With a little practice will be able to visualize in the proper manner with your eyes open, as you practice this technique, and this is to be desired.

The first chakra called the root is red and is located at the base of the spine relates to one's being in control and survival instinct.

The second chakra located below the navel is the sacral and is orange and is related to emotional issues and reproductive organs.

The third chakra is the solar plexus located above the navel is yellow and is related to one's personal trust in oneself and self-confidence.

The fourth chakra is the heart and is green and is related to love and emotional security.

The fifth chakra is the throat and is blue and related to one's communication ability.

The sixth chakra is the third eye and is Indigo and is related to one's intuition.

The seventh chakra is the crown and is indigo or white and is related to one's connection with their spirituality.
